William D. Johnson of Demarest Films opened his home to host an incredible evening featuring a fashion show by Kiki de Montparnasse, the world's most luxurious lingerie fashion house. Stunning models graced the runway as we challenged attendees to #Dare2BareDV.
VOICES UNSILENCED ART AUCTION
Voices Unsilenced Art Auction was held at Lab Art Los Angeles. Voice of Honor Dave Navarro shared his heart-wrenching story of his mother being killed by her boyfriend when Navarro was a teen.
In collaboration with Eve Ensler's One Billion Rising, Voices Unsilenced live art auction featured works by local street artists Louis XXX, Gregory Siff, Thank You X, Max Neutra, Mar and Annie Preece.
Guests participated in a bidding war and jumped to social media with #YourVoiceCounts proclaiming that violence against women will no longer be tolerated. DJs Lady Pills, Keith 2.0 and Sebastian Posso kept the musical vibes beating throughout the evening.
JIMMY CHOO POP-UP SHOP
Held at a private Bel-Air estate, Jimmy Choo "Walk the Talk" Pop-Up Shop celebrated National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Jimmy Choo created a unique shopping experience with a portion of the proceeds going to Linda's Voice Foundation.
Guests were invited to "Walk the Talk" as we raised funds to help women walk away from abusive relationships.
SISTERS SOIREE HONORING RHONDA BRITTEN
Emmy-award winner and best-selling author Rhonda Britten was the Voice of Honor at the Sisters Soiree held at a private estate. She shared her horrific story of witnessing her parents murder/suicide and how she turned tragedy to triumph.
Interscope artist Mateo serenaded guests and urged them to speak up against abuse.
Graffiti artist Erik Wahl speed-painted a portrait of Lady Liberty which was auctioned off along with other items.
LINDA'S VOICE GIFT GATHERING
June 6th 2012 marked the 24th anniversary of Linda's murder by her second husband.
Her daughters, the founders of Linda's Voice, chose to celebrate life with a gift gathering on this day.
Guests gathered on the rooftop of the London Hotel in West Hollywood and brought unique gifts to be auctioned off at the next fundraiser. Mena Suvari's stunning jewelry, Dani Elfman's Alice In Wonderland signed music score sheets, and a hotel stay at W Hotels were a few of the gifts donated.
SISTERS SOIREE HONORING MELISSA RIVERS
Held at a private estate, Voice of Honor Melissa Rivers shared her domestic abuse encounter with guests.
Interscope group The Kin lent their voices to ending domestic abuse with a live performance.
Graffiti artist Erik Wahl speed-painted a portrait of Marilyn Monroe and it was auctioned off at the end of the night. A bidding war between a few guests ended when rock star P!NK had the winning bid.
EVA LONGORIA'S PRE-OSCAR PARTY
Guests enjoyed hors d'oeuvres by Beso and a live performance by the flamenco troupe Gitano.
Mario Lopez along with Eva, spoke alongside the Linda's Voice founders on the importance of speaking up against domestic violence.
